What you need:
⚆雪豆
snow pea
⚆香菇(乾的先泡軟) 或新鮮的任何一種菇類♡
dry mushroom(soak in water till soft) or any fresh mushroom you like
⚆胡蘿蔔
carrot
⚆筍絲
bamboo shoot
做法
How you do it:
把所有食材都切絲
1. cut every ingredients into stripes
少許油 先把香菇炒香
2. not too much oil, stir fried the mushroom first
把其他食材一起加入拌炒
3. add the snow pea, carrot, bamboo shoot
一點白胡椒 柴魚粉 鹽
4. white pepper, salt for seasoning
最後加一匙XO醬炒勻
5. at last, add a spoon of Xo spice paste and stir
完成囉
